Important information about your appointment

Bookings

Scheduling in advance ensures your preferred appointment time as well as your therapist of choice.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for a relaxed check-in. First time clients will be asked to provide information on medical history and lifestyle. This information is used solely to provide you with the best care possible and remains completely confidential. A more detailed consultation will be provided during your service.

Cancellations

  • 24 hours’ cancellation notice will be greatly appreciated.

  • If a client is late, he/she may not receive the fully scheduled time. The client will be charged the full amount of the session.

  • If using a gift card, gift certificate or other promotional offer, no shows/no calls will void the card/certificate/offer.

Non-Refundable Deposits

$25 will be required for appointments.

Tuesday - Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm

Sunday 12:00pm - 5:00pm
